Binder & Bow processes organizational information solely to provide the services requested by the customer.

Access to organizational information is restricted to circumstances where it is necessary to provide technical support, maintain the security and operation of the Platform, comply with legal obligations, or where access has been authorized by the customer
5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
Certain Binder & Bow products use artificial intelligence and automated processing to organize information, identify patterns, generate summaries, and produce structured insights.
These capabilities operate only to deliver the functionality requested by customers.
Customer information submitted for AI-enabled processing is handled in accordance with our agreements with our technology providers and is not used to train public or third-party AI models.
6. Technology Providers
Binder & Bow works with carefully selected third-party service providers to operate the Platform.
These providers may include cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, authentication providers, communications providers, analytics providers, and artificial intelligence providers.

Organizational information remains within the customer's workspace for the duration of the subscription unless otherwise agreed.
Following account closure, organizational information is securely deleted in accordance with our retention procedures, contractual obligations, and applicable legal requirements.

Binder & Bow implements appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Access to customer information is limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.
Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually review and improve our security practices as the Platform evolves.
