1) Who we are — Binder and Bow operates Capture, a funding intelligence platform that helps organisations structure and analyse funding-related information. Binder and Bow is the data controller for account information collected through the platform and website.
2) Information we collect — Account information: name, email address, organisation name, subscription and billing information. Organisational data: proposals, evaluations, donor documents, strategy documents, programme evidence, meeting notes and other funding-related materials uploaded into the customer's secure workspace.
3) How organisational data is handled — Stored within the customer's workspace environment. Processed only to deliver Capture platform services. Not accessed for commercial purposes, shared with other organisations, or used to train AI models.
4) Technology providers — Bubble provides platform infrastructure and database hosting. Anthropic provides AI processing through API services. Neither uses customer data for unrelated purposes or model training.
5) Data retention — Account information retained for the duration of the subscription. Organisational data deleted upon account closure.
6) Your rights — Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. Contact info@binderandbow.com.
7) Security — Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect information processed through Capture.
